This thing is honestly so weird.
I wet it, wore it to feel how cold it got.... I felt like it was burning my forehead. As if I had super icy hot on it lol
Wore it on a hot day soccer training day without wetting it, it was AMAZING crazy
I used the cooling headband for the last 10 days. We have had some hot humid days lately in Phoenix and when I started using the headband I noticed the difference. Before my runs I soaked the headband and put it on and noticed that it felt cool. after running for an hour I noticed it still felt cool, but not quite as cool as the start. I did sweat quite a bit less. Thelast 2 runs I put the wet headband on an icepack as I left the house and when I started the run it was was colder and stayed cool for longer. On the way home after my run yesterday I put the headband in the ice chest for a few minutes and by then it was cold enough to give me a very cool drive home. I know I'll be using it for the next few months in Phoenix annd itt will be my secret weapon next spring.
They were a birthday present for my husband and he was well ,pleased.
