It's simple: Arctic Cool is a revolution in wearable cooling technology. All our products are constructed with our HydroFreeze X Technology that begins to work as soon as you start to sweat. You can’t help but feel the difference every time you wear it.

We are a small family-owned company located in New York City. All products ship from our distribution center located in New Jersey.

HydroFreeze X

Our HydroFreeze X Instant Cooling Technology utilizes ActiveWick which pulls moisture away from your skin and disperses it throughout the fabric along channels on the surface of the threads. Moisture is moved away from your skin and circulates throughout the fabric while controlling the rate of natural evaporation. This produces a cooling effect that can be felt instantly.

Vortex Vent™

Vortex Vent™ uses our HydroFreeze X Technology and adds even more airflow and more cooling! Our exclusive micro-ventilated fabric construction allows more air to circulate helping to keep you even cooler. Additional micro-ventilated panels in high heat areas ensure optimum airflow and cooling.

As soon as you start to sweat, the HydroFreeze X Technology will activate. If you desire an even more intense cooling sensation, you may dampen the product before wearing it, but this is not required. Due to the free-flowing fabric design, you won’t feel weighed down or uncomfortable.

Our products are made from a polyester/spandex blend incorporating 4-Way Stretch capabilities allowing for a free flowing, flexible fabric that moves with your body ensuring you can keep going while staying cool and comfortable.

The solid fabric used in our Instant Cooling products has been rated as Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) 50+ in independent lab testing for sun protection. That means our cooling fabric blocks 98% of the sun's harmful UV rays.

The exclusive HydroFreeze X Technology in our shirts works best and provides maximum cooling when combined with both airflow and moisture. Although our shirt wasn’t intended to be worn as an undergarment, our testing and customer feedback suggests that our garment begins to start cooling as soon as moisture is detected!

We don’t recommend custom embroidery as the stretch of the HydroFreeze X material would not lend itself well to embroidery. You could have a custom heat press design applied. This is the same application that we apply our logo with. Wherever a design is heat pressed, you will lose the moisture absorption and cooling property in that specific area. You can check with your local screen printer for their ability to apply the heat press design.

Not specifically but our Men’s Pocket Workwear Tees have a more relaxed, loose and longer fit.

Arctic Cool Instant Cooling shirts have an active fit.

Our fabric lets the shirt move and stretch with your body, without clinging or being too tight. The shirts are also fitted enough that they aren't loose or baggy as you move. If you would prefer a more relaxed fit, simply purchase an Instant Cooling shirt that is one size larger than your normal size.

Our products are a snap to clean. Just toss it in the machine on a cold-water cycle and tumble dry low. Our fabric is wrinkle resistant and doesn't shrink. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Do not iron. Please avoid use of fabric softeners and fabric softener sheets. They can leave a residue behind that affects the airflow and performance of the fabric.

For the cooling cap, cooling visor and cooling bucket hat, hand wash in cold water.

Not at all. The antimicrobial design fights odors and keeps your shirt fresh and clean.

Our standard shipping and handling time is approximately 3-10 business days with Express orders shipping the next business day. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order summary. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the same email address so you know exactly when you can start enjoying the benefits of Arctic Cool! If you don’t receive these automated e-mails, please check your junk or spam folder and be sure to add “info@arcticcool.com” to your address book.

*Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow up to 4 weeks for Non-Contiguous transit time. 

We ship within the Contiguous US. We also ship to HI, AK, PR, Guam and USVI for a flat rate of $12.50.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Please Note: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. This is done to protect all purchases.

Cancellations and/or modifications cannot be made as orders are picked and processed as quickly as possible. Please head to our exchanges/returns page here to initiate an exchange or return once you receive your order.

Not to worry! As long as you’ve received your order confirmation e-mail and your payment has gone through, you’re all set.

Your shipping address cannot be updated once your order has been placed as orders are picked and processed as quickly as possible. Once you track your order after it has shipped, if there’s a delivery issue, please contact us.

Yes, e-gift cards can be purchased here. Your e-gift card will be e-mailed to the e-mail address on your order. You can then forward this to your gift recipient. Sales and discount codes can not be applied to the purchase of e-gift cards. E-gift card purchases are non-refundable.

All orders of $75 or more qualify for our free ground shipping within the Contiguous US, after all discounts and promotions are applied.

If your order was marked as delivered but cannot be found, we first suggest verifying the shipping address on your order. If the shipping address is correct, check all possible locations around your home, apartment or office and check to see if someone else may have accepted the delivery.

In rare instances, packages may be prematurely marked as delivered. For standard ground shipments please wait the full 7 business days from when you received the shipping confirmation email for your package to arrive. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us here and we will find a solution.

Closeout items are our same great technology but made up of seasonal colors that will not be coming back next year. All sales are final, and the colors and sizes are only available while supplies last.

Exchanges:
Items purchased as part of a Bundle may be returned individually for exchange within the standard Return Policy Period. Exchanges will be facilitated via a store credit e-gift card.
Refunds:
Refunds of the full purchase price will be processed for complete Bundles that are returned. If you do not want to return all products included as part of a bundle but want to keep some of the items, not to worry! Arctic Cool will refund the amount you paid for the products you return, based on your bundle discount, per item.

All products are eligible to be returned within 60 days from date of purchase except for Boxer Briefs and items from our Closeout section. These items are Final Sale. Returns for a refund will be subject to a $7.95 restocking fee per order. The restocking fee does not apply to exchanges. A pre-paid label will be provided for returns and exchanges once the request is submitted via our online self-service portal, here.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Next contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. It can take up to 3-10 business days for your refund to post.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide your order number as well as a photo of the damaged or incorrect product and we will make things right!

Yes, when you redeem earned points for rewards you will be provided an e-gift card code to apply at checkout. This can be combined with other discount codes and e-gift card codes.

If you forgot to add your e-gift card reward at checkout, please contact us at info@arcticcool.com and provide your order number and reward details.

Log into your account. Select “Manage Rewards”. Under the “Redeem Your Points” section, select “Get Reward” for the reward you wish to redeem and confirm your redemption by selecting “Redeem”. Your e-gift card reward will be provided. You will copy this code and paste it at checkout in the GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE box.

When you return an item for a refund, the original points earned on your purchase will be deducted from your rewards account.

When you exchange an item (via e-gift card), the original points earned on your purchase will remain in your rewards account. You will not earn points when you redeem the e-gift card.

To refer a friend, log into your account and select “Manage Rewards”. Scroll to the “Refer A Friend” section. You will be able to send your friend an email, copy the referral link, or share via Facebook or Twitter. When your friend clicks on your personal referral link they will be provided with a $5 discount code to be applied at checkout.

Once your friend places their order of $20+ (pre-tax) with your referral code, 100 points will be deposited into your rewards account.

If your friend has placed their order but you’re still not seeing your referral points, please contact us at info@arcticcool.com.

Yes, you will still earn your rewards points as long as you activate your rewards account within 1 month of placing your order. The rewards earned on an order are automatically posted to the account associated with the email address used on the order.

Rewards points expire after 12 months of no purchase activity.
