Our HydroFreeze X Instant Cooling Technology utilizes ActiveWick which pulls moisture away from your skin and disperses it throughout the fabric along channels on the surface of the threads. Moisture is moved away from your skin and circulates throughout the fabric while controlling the rate of natural evaporation. This produces a cooling effect that can be felt instantly.
Vortex Vent™ uses our HydroFreeze X Technology and adds even more airflow and more cooling! Our exclusive micro-ventilated fabric construction allows more air to circulate helping to keep you even cooler. Additional micro-ventilated panels in high heat areas ensure optimum airflow and cooling.
As soon as you start to sweat, the HydroFreeze X Technology will activate. If you desire an even more intense cooling sensation, you may dampen the product before wearing it, but this is not required. Due to the free-flowing fabric design, you won’t feel weighed down or uncomfortable.
Our products are made from a polyester/spandex blend incorporating 4-Way Stretch capabilities allowing for a free flowing, flexible fabric that moves with your body ensuring you can keep going while staying cool and comfortable.
The solid fabric used in our Instant Cooling products has been rated as Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) 50+ in independent lab testing for sun protection. That means our cooling fabric blocks 98% of the sun's harmful UV rays.
The exclusive HydroFreeze X Technology in our shirts works best and provides maximum cooling when combined with both airflow and moisture. Although our shirt wasn’t intended to be worn as an undergarment, our testing and customer feedback suggests that our garment begins to start cooling as soon as moisture is detected!
We don’t recommend custom embroidery as the stretch of the HydroFreeze X material would not lend itself well to embroidery. You could have a custom heat press design applied. This is the same application that we apply our logo with. Wherever a design is heat pressed, you will lose the moisture absorption and cooling property in that specific area. You can check with your local screen printer for their ability to apply the heat press design.

Arctic Cool Instant Cooling shirts have an active fit.
Our fabric lets the shirt move and stretch with your body, without clinging or being too tight. The shirts are also fitted enough that they aren't loose or baggy as you move. If you would prefer a more relaxed fit, simply purchase an Instant Cooling shirt that is one size larger than your normal size.
Our products are a snap to clean. Just toss it in the machine on a cold-water cycle and tumble dry low. Our fabric is wrinkle resistant and doesn't shrink. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Do not iron. Please avoid use of fabric softeners and fabric softener sheets. They can leave a residue behind that affects the airflow and performance of the fabric.
For the cooling cap, cooling visor and cooling bucket hat, hand wash in cold water.
Not at all. The antimicrobial design fights odors and keeps your shirt fresh and clean.

When you return an item for a refund, the original points earned on your purchase will be deducted from your rewards account.
