How do I exchange or return items from an arcticcool.com order?

For all arcticcool.com orders, enter your order number and billing zip code here. Then follow the step by step instructions to print your pre-paid return label.

What about returning items purchased on amazon.com?

Please refer to your amazon.com order for return instructions.

How long do I have to request an exchange or refund?

Feel free to buy us and try us! If you are not completely satisfied with your Arctic Cool product(s), you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 60 days from the date of purchase.

How do exchanges work?

Exchanges are facilitated via a store credit e-gift card. This is the only way an exchange can be processed. As soon as your package is marked in transit back to us by USPS (typically within 1 day), your e-gift card will be e-mailed to you and can be used to purchase your new item(s) on our website. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders for the e-mail. If you have a Gmail account, also check the Promotions tab. If you applied a discount code to your original order, please contact us at info@arcticcool.com after submitting your request. You can submit your exchange request here. Once you submit your request, we will issue you a prepaid return label that you will need to print to send the item(s) back to us. 

How do refunds work?

We will issue your refund for the amount paid (less a $7.95 restocking fee per order) once your item(s) are received back to us. We will issue you a prepaid return label that you will need to print to send the item(s) back to us. You can submit your refund request here.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us at info@arcticcool.com within 14 days of receipt and provide your order number as well as a photo of the damaged product.
