Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Arctic Cool is very chill when it comes to returns. Feel free to buy us and try us. And if you are not completely satisfied with your Arctic Cool Instant Cooling Shirt, you may return it to us for an exchange or for a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase. No sweat.
In order to exchange or to complete your return, You will need to send the product and any packaging materials with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please also send the packing slip included from your original shipment. If you wish to make an exchange, please let us know with a quick note.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and shipping times may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will immediately receive an email showing your refunded amount. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your refund to be posted to your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Next contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR ORDERS?
Average order processing time is 1 to 2 business days, with Overnight and 2 Day shipping orders placed before 12 PM EST being processed on the same business day. Once your order has been placed, an email automatically will be sent from our system to your provided email address. Once the order has shipped, a tracking number will automatically be sent to the same email address so you know exactly when you can start enjoying the benefits of Arctic Cool!

HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
All orders of $49 or more qualify for our free Contiguous US shipping service.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Processing times vary according to the day/time the order was placed. Shipping times vary by method. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday).
CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?
Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. You can check your order status any time after it's placed.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
If you need to change your shipping address after you've placed your order, please contact us. We process orders very quickly, but if your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will happily update your shipping information.
