Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Arctic Cool is very chill when it comes to returns. Feel free to buy us and try us. And if you are not completely satisfied with your Arctic Cool Instant Cooling Shirt, you may return it to us for an exchange or for a full refund within 90 days of your original purchase. No sweat.
In order to exchange or to complete your return, You will need to send the product and any packaging materials with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please also send the packing slip included from your original shipment. If you wish to make an exchange, please let us know with a quick note.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and shipping times may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will immediately receive an email showing your refunded amount. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your refund to be posted to your account.
Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by alternate tenders (i.e. Gift Cards, etc.) other than debit or credit card will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a store credit onto an Arctic Cool Gift Card. Cash will not be issued. Arctic Cool Gift Card purchases are FINAL and may not be redeemed for cash.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Next contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our available shipping options cover U.S. domestic services, with both expedited and flat-rate shipping options for Alaska and Hawaii deliveries.
We accept major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa) as well as PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.Please Note: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. This is done to protect all purchases.
All orders of $49 or more qualify for our free Contiguous US shipping service.
