In order to exchange or send your product back for a refund, you will need to send the product along with the Packing List included from your original shipment. Your Packing List will act as your proof of purchase. If you wish to make an exchange, please indicate on the Packing List what you are returning and what you would like to receive in exchange. Please be sure to circle Exchange or Refund at the bottom of the Packing List. Please note, exchanges can take up to 3-4 weeks for processing. *Please note, we are experiencing additional processing delays currently. 

Please note, in order to exchange a product, it must be in new condition with tags attached.

Boxer Briefs and Closeout Items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and shipping times may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.


Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your refund to be processed and posted to your account. *Please note, we are experiencing additional processing delays currently. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by alternate tenders (i.e. Gift Cards, etc.) other than debit or credit card will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a store credit. Cash will not be issued.
