PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to return/exchange items purchased in a PRE-SET BUNDLE OR PACK and your order was placed prior to 3/1/20, please e-mail email@example.com for instructions. You will not be able to use the link above to our online portal. Bundle returns for purchases prior to 3/1/20 will not be subject to the $7.95 restocking fee; however, you will be required to ship the product back to us.
Please have your order number and shipping zip code in hand. You can find your order number in your Arctic Cool order confirmation e-mail and on your packing list found under “Arctic Cool Order #”.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges of new, unworn product with tags attached will be facilitated via a store credit e-gift card. This is the only way an exchange can be processed. The process is handled completely by you in order to expedite it. Once your package is in transit back to us, we will e-mail you an e-gift card which can be used to purchase your new item(s) on our website. We will issue you a prepaid return label you will need to print to send the item(s) back to us.
RETURNS: If you wish to return your worn or unworn item(s) for a refund, we will issue your refund for the amount paid (less a $7.95 restocking fee per order) once your item(s) are received back to us. We will issue you a prepaid return label that you will need to print to send the item(s) back to us.
